#1019 Prayer for purity of thought

RABBI BERLAND'S PRAYER TO MERIT PURITY OF THOUGHT TO MERIT PURITY OF THOUGHT AND TO MAKE COMPLETE TESHUVA, AND ALL OF OUR CHILDREN WILL BE HOLY LIKE THE STONES OF THE ALTAR AND THE SANCTUARY   Parashat Vayikra Today is the eve of the holy Shabbat, Parashat Vayikra, the secret of the small alef, that in the merit of the small alef, we will enter the tabernacle, Parashat HaChodesh, and the new moon which is the true new year, because the law follows Rabbi Yehoshua, that Adam HaRishon was created on the first of Nissan. THEREFORE, ADAM HARISHON WAS CREATED ON THE FIRST OF NISSAN, AND HE WAS VERY STINGY AND HE GAVE TO DAVID ONLY 70 YEARS INSTEAD OF 100 YEARS. IF HE WOULD HAVE GIVEN HIM 100 YEARS, DAVID COULD HAVE BROUGHT DOWN THE TEMPLE OF FIRE, WHICH WOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN DESTROYED. And everyone would have made complete teshuva and not think any untoward thoughts, like its written, “our sons are like plantings, growing in their youth, our daughters like corners hewn from the stones of the sanctuary”.
