At the Molad of Adar I

The Molad (birth of the new moon) of the month of Adar I will occur tonight, the night of the Holy Shabbat, the second day of Rosh Chodesh (the New Month), the 1st of Adar I, 5784. At 9:08 PM and 5 chalakim (parts of a minute), here before you is a prayer written by the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days) for the Molad of the first month of Adar:

The Molad of Adar I, Friday night at 9:08 and 5 chalakim (parts). At that time, according to Rabbi Eliezer the son of Rabbi Yose, one should already read the Megillah (the Scroll of Esther), because the miracles and wonders through which the People of Israel are saved from those who rise against them already begin. As it is written: "From heaven the stars fought from their courses" — the initials of "Min Shamayim Nilchamu Hakochavim" (From heaven fought the stars) form the name Haman [in reverse], and "Hakochavim Mimislotam Nilchamu" (The stars from their courses fought) form the name Haman in order.
