As every year, this year as well, the man of kindness and many deeds, Rabbi Yehuda Kadosh, may he live, the director of the orphan organization of our holy community "Yakirenu", organized an invested, uplifting, and magnificent Chanukah gathering for the orphans of the community.

The gathering took place on Tuesday, the night of the 27th of Kislev - the third night of Chanukah, at the holy residence of our teacher Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, with his participation. The young orphans began singing emotionally for about twenty minutes together with our teacher the Rav shlit"a, a song that came from the heart and entered the heart.

After the singing, our teacher the Rav shlit"a delivered a special lesson on the matters of Chanukah, which, as is his holy way, expanded and branched into additional topics from all parts of the holy Torah, providing strength, encouragement, and enlightenment to the hearts.

At the conclusion of the lesson, the righteous children passed one by one, in exemplary order, to receive Chanukah money from the holy hands of our teacher the Rav shlit"a. The Rav serves as both a father and mother to them, for those who have lost their father and mother, taking a warm-hearted interest in each one's personal situation and progress in Torah and service of Hashem, with constant concern for all their needs, both physical and spiritual.
