Everyone needs to get into prayer.  The time of prayer is the utmost importance.  If there would be prayer, then the non-Jews wouldn’t rule over us.  The non-Jews rule because there’s no prayer. You need to get into prayer – to stand for five hours, from 5 until 9, until 10.  Now [Chanuka] there is Hallel, so we pray until 10.  We repeat, “When Israel went out of Egypt” (Tehilim 114, and part of Hallel) ten times. Each person is the Kohen Gadol.  Everyone who learns Torah becomes the Kohen Gadol.  Like Yael, who turned into Eli.  Even though she was a woman, she turned into Eli.  Even a woman who walks in modesty, with a veil, with a shawl, she turns into the Kohen Gadol. In the Third Temple, the women will be Kohen Gadol’s.  They’ll come another time, every second there will be another Kohen Gadol.  Like during the end of the days of the Second Temple, over a course of 142 years of the Second Temple, there were only 4 Kohen Gadol’s.
