Due to the high incidence of measles, especially in the Jerusalem area, and after, unfortunately, three infants from our community passed away because they were not vaccinated against the measles epidemic.
Our teacher, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, issues a public call clarifying his clear opinion: that everyone must vaccinate their sons and daughters from the age of six months, as per the words of our holy Rebbe.

Letter of Encouragement for Measles Vaccination
To the parents and students of Nechamat Zion Shuvu Banim and also the students of the Be'er Miriam School and the boys' and girls' kindergartens of Nechamat Zion Shuvu Banim.
11 children have passed away. Just yesterday, on Wednesday, three who were not vaccinated passed away
Therefore, it is an obligation for everyone to vaccinate their sons and daughters from the age of 1/2 year
and there will be no harm from the vaccinations
We will only fulfill the words of our Rebbe to perform vaccinations immediately after birth [Shishak 15]
