Maoz Tzur Yeshuati ◇ Documentation from the Lighting of the Fifth Candle in the Holy Residence of the Esteemed Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a
On the night of the fifth of Chanukah, a time of gratitude and praise for the revealed and hidden miracles, tens of thousands from the people of Israel lit the fifth candle of Chanukah, to add light of simcha (joy) and submission before Hashem.
Our teacher and master, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, also lit the fifth candle of Chanukah, and thousands of our community members came to participate in the lighting ceremony, with a desire to be strengthened and included in the light of Chanukah.
Presented here is documentation from the lighting ceremony in our Beit Midrash and afterwards in the Chanukiah of his holy residence, in an atmosphere of gratitude, prayer, and devotion.
