On Purim, It is the World of Rectification â Daily Maâamar by Râ Eliezer Berland Shlitâa
THE DAILY MAâAMAR BY OUR REBBE RAV ELIEZER BERLAND SHLITâA, WRITTEN ON THURSDAY, PARASHAT TETZAVEI. BELOW IS A TRANSLATION OF THE MAâAMAR, WHICH IS COURTESY OF THE HASHEM HU HAELOKIM LEAFLET: Because then we rectify the four worlds Asiyah, Yetzirah, Beriyah, Atzilut, and this is that the couches â the world of Yetzirah â were on âa pavement of variegated [marble],â that the world of Asiyah was rectified through precious stones and gemstones, which is the ground of the world [of Yetzirah]. And âthe courtyard of the garden of the kingâs palaceâ which is parallel to Beriyah and Atzilut. And the king sits in the kingâs inner courtyard â parallel to the Holy of Holies, and wears the garments of his glory â which are the garments of the Cohen Gadol, that all of them are with stripes and embroideries of gold. And then on Purim, it is fulfilled âThe rock that the builders rejected became the cornerstone,â in the secret of the tablets, that the true giving of the Torah was on Purim. âAnd they accepted onto themselvesâ â this is Moshe Rabbeinu, who received anew the entire Torah with love. Because then on Purim is the true unification between the Kadosh Baruch Hu and the assembly of Israel, because on Purim, then the end of all the days, which are â180 daysâ and another âSeven days for all the people who are found in Shushanâ (according to Esther 1:4-5), in the secret of the supernal groom and bride who unite on Purim. Because still on Purim, everything is in the secret of brother and sister, in the mystery of âIf only you were as a brother to me⌠I would find you in the street, I would kiss you, and no one would scorn me,â because on Purim is the moment of the creation of all the worlds, because then is revealed anew the direct light. And therefore, [it is] the time of the hanging of Haman and his ten sons, as Esther requested, that on 14 Adar they would hang the ten sons of Haman, even though they already hung him on 16 Nisan, but they preserved his body until the holiday of Purim, and then hung him again with his ten sons. That this was altogether fifty arm-breadths â because then on Purim, the Fiftieth Gate was opened. Because Haman included all fifty gates of impurity, and Mordechai only 49 gates of holiness. And therefore, Haman was certain that he would succeed in overcoming Mordechai, in the merit of the fiftieth gate of impurity which was included in him. But Mordechai, even though he did not yet have the fiftieth gate â which is the level of âYechidahâ which only Mashiach will merit to â in any case, he succeeded, through three days of fasting, in drawing the illumination from the Fiftieth Gate, which is the gate of the Yechidah, and through this illumination, to subdue Haman for all eternity.
