“ONE WHO GOES OUT IN THE MONTH OF NISAN AND SEES THE TREES BLOSSOMING SAYS…” TWO PRAYERS WHICH OUR REBBE RAV ELIEZER BERLAND SHLIT”A WROTE TO SAY BEFORE THE BLESSING ON THE TREES (BIRKHAT HAILANOT): TO MERIT TO HEAR THE SONG OF THE TREES AND TO THE RECTIFICATION OF THE HEEL OF ESAV WHICH YAAKOV GRASPED. Before Birkhat HaIlanot: Ribono Shel Olam – Master of the World, Who can do everything, let me merit to hear the song of the trees, and the song of the angel which has a 1,000 heads, and every head has a 1,000 mouths, and every mouth a 1,000 voices, and every voice a 1,000 melodies, and about this it is said, “The meadows don sheep, and the valleys cloak themselves with fodder; they shout joyfully, they even sing” (Tehilim 65:14).  From when do the stalks say song in Nisan?  Rashi commented “They shout joyfully, they even sing” – in Nisan, when the harvest time arrives in Nisan, and the wind blows on the stalks, and the stalks are knocked against one another, and appear as if they are saying song.  Because according to Rabbi Yehoshua, it was said to Adam HaRishon on 1 Nisan, “From every tree of the garden, you may freely eat,” and Chava squeezed the grapes, and gave to him, because “grapes” is the numerical value of “heel (ekev),” and grapes are squeezed by the heel, and Ya’akov, through the Yud [that his name is spelled like “YuD-Ekev”], rectifies the heel.  Therefore, his hand (YaD) grasps the heel of Esav. TO MERIT THROUGH THE BLESSING ON TREES TO RECTIFY AND ELEVATE ALL THE NEW SOULS WHICH ARE SPIRITUALLY BOUND WITHIN (IBUR) THE TREES AND BRANCHES AND FRUIT, AND TO BLESS OVER THEM WITH AWESOME INTENTION TO RECTIFY ALL THE SOULS IN CREATION Ribono Shel Olam – Master of the World, Who can do everything, let me merit before the Blessing on Trees to intend the rectification and elevation of the new souls which are spiritually bound within the new trees, in the new branches, and in the new blossoms, and in the new fruits.  Because man is a tree of the field, and completely new souls become spiritually bound within all the blossoms, trees, and grasses every single year, that their elevation and rectification is only through the blessing on trees, and afterwards, the blessing on the fruit and eating them in holiness and purity only for the sake of Heaven, with no physical pleasure, chas v’shalom.  Because every single year, completely new souls become spiritually bound within the fruit and blossoms, trees, branches, and leaves, and twigs, and the whole creation every single year becomes completely renewed.  And let us merit, Hashem God, through the Blessing on Trees, and eating the fruit, to work for all the souls which are spiritually bound within the blossoms and fruits, to work for them their complete rectification, and that they will have a complete elevation, and they will help us to serve You with completeness and in truth, only for the sake of Heaven, and they will bestow me with all goodness, through my blessing with awesome intention, and my eating them with awesome holiness, only for the sake of Heaven in truth, as it is said “with the mirrors of the legions,” that Moshe took the mirrors of the most righteous women, who intended truly for Heaven’s sake, and from these he made the laver. “BARUCH ATA HASHEM, ELOKEINU MELECH HAOLAM, SHELO CHISER BE’OLAMO KLUM, U’VARA VO BERIYOT TOVOT V’ILANOT TOVOT, LEHANOT BEHEM BENEI ADAM” Translation: “Blessed are You, Hashem, our God, King of the Universe, that nothing is lacking in His world, and [He] created in it good creatures and good trees, to cause mankind to enjoy them” FOR THE ORIGINAL HEBREW, CLICK HERE [https://www.shuvubanimint.com/55310/]
