On the fourth candle of Chanukah – Thursday, 28th of Kislev, a Chanukah gelt event took place for hundreds of children from the Talmud Torah "Shuvu Banim Nechamat Tzion" under the presidency of our teacher Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a.

The event began in the morning hours with the arrival of hundreds of precious children who came dressed in Shabbat attire, befitting the honor of the occasion.

For over two hours, around 600 pure children passed before the holy presence and received the 'Chanukah gelt' from the holy hands of the tzaddik. It was impossible to miss the joy in the eyes of the tzaddik as the young children, who have not tasted the taste of sin, passed before him.
At the conclusion of the event, the children returned to the Talmud Torah with their faces etched with great excitement, and a strong impression was left on them from the privilege of entering the presence of the tzaddik.
