Moreinu HaRav Eliezer Berland shlit”a comes to pray Shacharit at Mitzpe Yericho

Every so often, Rav Berland shlit”a, takes time out to rest.  However, even the rest of the Rav shlit”a is dedicated to serving Hashem.  On Sunday, 21 Kislev, the Rav shlit”a set out to pray the Shacharit prayer at Mitzpe Yericho. At the beginning of the prayer, the Rav shlit”a stood at the Mitzpe (vantage point) itself, facing the vast expanses of the hills of the Judean desert and the Dead Sea.  Afterwards, the Rav shlit”a entered the synagogue next to Mitzpe Yericho and there continued the prayer.  Those present relate that the Rav shlit”a sang the prayer with unusual vitality and melody!
