âThere Is Only One Jew Who Gave His All for the Souls of Our Generationâ -- Rav Meir Malka shlitâa
âWE INVITE RAV MEIR MALKA TO SPEAK A FEW WORDS,â RAV SHLOMO ELMELIACH SHLITâA WELCOMED RAV MEIR MALKA SHLITâA TO SPEAK BEFORE THE GIANT CROWD GATHERED AT BAR ILAN INTERSECTION AT THE PRAYER GATHERING FOR THE RELEASE OF OUR REBBE, RAV ELIEZER BERLAND SHLITâA. âTO THE ENTIRE HOLY COMMUNITY THATâS FOUND HERE â EVERYONE COMES [HERE] FROM AN INNER SCREAM, A SCREAM OF THE HEART, A SCREAM OF PAIN, A SCREAM FROM THE DEPTHS OF THE HEART, A SCREAM FROM THE HIGHEST HEAVENS,â OPENED RAV MEIR MALKA SHLITâA, ONE OF THE LONG-STANDING AND UNIQUE STUDENTS OF OUR REBBE, RAV ELIEZER BERLAND SHLITâA. âWhat will be done with us? What will be done with our father? Days, and more days, and more days, in this wayâŚthe malice, the wrong, the injustice, as the son of the Rav shlitâa mentioned [https://ravberland.com/harsh-words-of-rabbi-nachman-berland-about-the-awful-conditions-his-father-is-found-in/] â a little bit of humanity, a little bit of mercy, a little bit of JewishnessâŚwhere? âAll the more so that weâre talking about the Rabbi of Rabbis, our Rebbe Rav Berland shlitâa. Even if this was a simple Jew, it would be fitting to bestow the minimum amount of humanity, of consideration. But our eyes donât see this, our ears donât hear this. We only hear from the health standpoint of our Rebbe Rav Berland shlitâa â painful things, and we only hear a tiny bit. âWhat can we say, what can we speak? Our only strength is prayer. However, anyone who itâs in his power, as the son of the Rav shlitâa spoke, anyone who itâs in his power to act in any way -- that we shouldnât stand from afar [silently].  The essence of our gathering in this place now, at this hour, which itself is a sight and makes heard to all the Jewish people in every place [that] our scream is great, our scream is great and deep. Look and see â what will be with us, what will be with the flock, what will be with the souls of the Jewish people. âTHERE IS ONLY ONE JEW IN THE GENERATION WHO GAVE HIMSELF OVER TO THIS PRINCIPLE WITH COMPLETE AND TOTAL SELF-SACRIFICE, TO TAKE TO HEART THE SOULS OF THE JEWISH PEOPLE. THERE ARE SOULS THAT HAVE NO FATHER, NO TRUE SHEPHERD, FAITHFUL AND LOVING, WHO WILL LOOK AT THEM â ONLY OUR REBBE THE RAV SHLITâA GAVE HIMSELF OVER TO THIS FOR YEARS. âLook and see, Am Yisrael! All of these souls are part of us. How fitting for us to honor, assist, and love someone who puts his mind to these souls. Look Am Yisrael, please awaken yourselves [and] who itâs possible to awaken for the sake of our Rebbe the Rav shlitâa. He is the merciful shepherd. This mercy is obligatory for all the Jewish people. âThen if there is one Jew in the generation who took upon himself this holy task, how fitting for us to honor him, to support and love him, to assist him. At the moment, his situation is as it is â then we shouldnât stand from afar. That we should wake up and use everything in our power, whether prayer, effort, our anything that can be of benefit. âPlease, Am Yisrael...those who are found here are only a thousandth of all the souls of the Jewish people for whom the scream of their hearts is very great. Please, Klal Yisrael, please wake up. Do whatever is in your power. Begin with prayerâŚincluding any sort of effort. âUntil we merit, with Hashemâs help that the evil decree of this terrible and painful injustice that has been done will be sweetenedâŚEven if this was a simple Jew, and all the more so. We need to expand on this âall the more soâ â who knows if each one of us wonât have to give an accounting about this, each one of us.â âPlease, Am Yisrael, please arouse mercy, with a compassionate eye, whether for [the Rav] or for the flock which is waiting for this shepherdâŚthat it should be established with great mercy for us and for the entire Jewish people. That we should merit, with Hashemâs help, to the great salvation and redemption of our Rebbe Rav Berland shlitâa, amidst health and length of days, with Hashemâs help, for the benefit of the holiness of the entire Jewish people. That we should merit with Hashemâs help to the complete Redemption, to the good life, soon.â See the video (in Hebrew) of Rav Meir Malka's speach
